SERV Demographics

SERV provides an economic benefit to the community by delivering a full range of care to individuals for about ¼ of the cost of state-supported institutionalizations. Young, old, rich or poor, SERV cares for those in need regardless of gender, religious background, sexual orientation, ethnicity or ability to pay.

Through our work we address a multitude of social issues including homelessness, hunger, housing, addiction recovery, education, child welfare and abuse, senior care, diversity and tolerance.

Residences

Research indicates that mental health consumers are much more responsive to accepting treatment after they have housing in place.¹ Because we integrate housing with supportive services, SERV is able to achieve a higher level of success with a very challenging population.
