T. Arlene Pasquale

T. Arlene Pasquale is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in psychotherapy with clients between the ages of 20 to 75.

She has a master's degree in social work and is affiliated with the National Association of Social Workers and the Academy of Certified Social Workers.

Ms. Pasquale has worked in private practice for the last 30 years as well as having worked in various public venues offering a traditional approach to psychotherapeutic issues. She has supervised graduate students at the Head Start program and was responsible for their field work. She has also run workshops on "The Skills of Intimacy" and lectured at various venues including the Whole Life Expo and the Marble Collegiate Church.

Andre J. Caldini

Andre J. Caldini

Andre J. Caldini is Chairperson of the SERV Foundation Board of Directors. He also sits on the board of SERV Behavioral Health System. 

Mr. Caldini is Vice President of Commercial Lending for Northfield Bank in Hamilton. He is a member of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce. 

Mr. Caldini is a graduate of Widener University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance.

He is on the board of Robbinsville Hamilton Rotary and is a member of the Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Hamilton Partnership, and the networking group, LeTip of Princeton. 

Grace I. Rarich

Grace-RarichGrace I. Rarich is Chairperson of the Board of Directors of SERV Achievement Centers, Inc. She has served on the board for 10 years.

Ms. Rarich, a resident of Titusville, N.J., is a retired Registered Nurse. Her career included working 18 years in a private school for students with learning and behavioral challenges; and seven years in public health, providing state-mandated services.

She is an avid gardener, with memberships in the Master Gardeners of Mercer County, The Garden State African Violet Club and The African Violet Society of America.

Giles L. Crane

Giles L. Crane, MPH, is the past Chairperson of the Board of Directors of SERV Centers of New Jersey, Inc.  He also sits on the board of SERV Behavioral Health System.

Mr. Crane is a retired research scientist and statistician with the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services.

He is a member of the American Statistical Association, New Jersey Public Health Association, Society of the 173rd Airborne Brigade, and Yale Alumni Association. He also is affiliated with Princeton Independent Consultants, as well as the Westminster Community Orchestra for more than 30 years. He teaches a one-day workshop to the Office of Public Health Practice New Jersey School of Public Health and to graduate students at The College of New Jersey titled "Epidemiological Computing and Graphics in Public Health with R."

Mr. Crane is a U.S. Army veteran who served in Vietnam and received the Bronze Star. He also is a two-time recipient (1995 and 2008) of the New Jersey Public Health Association President’s Award.
