Michael P. Maguire is Secretary of SERV Properties & Management Board of Directors.

Mr. Maguire is a partner with Curtin & Heefner LLP in Yardley, Pa., and co-chair of its Property Damage Section.

He is a graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and Villanova University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree.

Mr. Maguire is licensed to practice law in several state courts and federal courts in the Third Circuit. He is a member of the International Association of Special Investigation Units as a Legal Advocate, and belongs to the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. From 2014 to 2017, Mr. Maguire was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.

Additionally, he is currently the Commissioner of St. Paul’s Athletic Committee for St. Paul School in Princeton, N.J.
