Richard L. Diacont is secretary of the SERV Foundation Board of Directors.

He is a licensed Independent Agent, Special Projects Coordinator and Certified Case Manager representing Aflac out of the Basking Ridge office. He holds health and life insurance licenses in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida.

Mr. Diacont is a founding member and retired Assistant Scoutmaster with BSA Troop 65 in Ringoes, N.J. He was a licensed travel soccer coach with the Greater Flemington Soccer Club. 

Mr. Diacont also is the proprietor of RLD Custom Creations, which specializes in custom handmade projects for the home.
