The Transparency in Coverage Rule requires group health plans to disclose detailed price and cost sharing information. Employer sponsored Group Health Plans must provide a self-service tool to facilitiate out-of-pocket cost estimates for prospective medical and pharmaceutical care. SERV has partnered with United Healthcare to make Machine Readable Files (MRFs) publicly accessible to comply with this rule. MRFs will be posted monthly via this link https://transparency-in-coverage.uhc.com/ beginning on July 1, 2022. The link https://transparency-in-coverage.uhc.com/ is publicly available and accessible to all, and no authentication is required.
Note: Prior to July 1, the link will contain sample fully-insured data. Live data will be available beginning on July 1.
